About Lysa

What is Lysa Health?

Lysa is a private companion app for people on GLP-1 medications, peptide therapies and other metabolic health treatments. You record your therapies, symptoms, weight, nutrition and wellness, and Lysa brings them together in one timeline so you can see your progress in context.

Is Lysa only for GLP-1 users?

No. Lysa started as a GLP-1 companion and GLP-1 tracking is still at its core, but you can also track peptide therapies, other medications, hormones and supplements you already use, alongside weight, nutrition, wellness and lab results.

Can Lysa replace my doctor?

No. Lysa is a tracking and informational tool. It helps you organise and understand what you record, but it does not diagnose, prescribe or give medical advice. Always follow guidance from your healthcare professional.

Is my information private?

Your Lysa account is private and protected by secure sign-in with email, Apple or Google. Health data is encrypted in transit and at rest, there is no public profile, and we never sell your data or use it for advertising. You can delete individual entries or your whole account at any time.

Therapies and peptides

Can I track peptide therapy?

Yes. You can add a peptide therapy you already use, enter your existing schedule, and log each administration with date, time, amount, route, injection site and notes.

Does Lysa recommend peptide dosages?

No. Lysa does not prescribe, recommend or provide dosing instructions for peptide therapies. Any amount you record is the one you enter yourself.

Can I track multiple treatments?

Yes. You can add several therapies, each with its own schedule and administration history, and see them all together in Lysa Timeline.

GLP-1 medications

Can I use Lysa with Wegovy?

Yes. Add Wegovy as your therapy, enter your schedule and log each injection with dose and site. Lysa keeps your injections, symptoms, weight and nutrition together.

Can I use Lysa with Mounjaro?

Yes. Mounjaro is in the Lysa therapy list. Log injections, rotate sites, track symptoms and follow your weight and protein alongside it.

Can I use Lysa with Ozempic?

Yes. Add Ozempic, record each injection and site, and follow your symptoms, weight and nutrition in one place.

Can I use Lysa with Zepbound?

Yes. Zepbound is supported. Record your weekly injections and see them next to your symptoms and progress in Lysa Timeline.

Tracking and exports

What symptoms can I track?

Lysa includes digestive symptoms such as nausea, constipation, reflux and bloating, general symptoms such as fatigue, headache, loss of appetite and hair loss, and recovery-related entries such as muscle soreness, sleep quality and injection site reactions. Each entry has a severity rating and optional notes, and you can add your own.

Can I track protein and nutrition?

Yes. Log meals manually for free, or use AI meal analysis with Premium to estimate protein and calories from a photo or description. Lysa sets a daily protein target based on your body weight.

Can I export my history?

Yes. You can create a Lysa Health Summary for any date range and export it as a PDF to keep or share with your clinician. You can also request a full export of your data by email.

Plans and billing

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes. You can change your plan at any time through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

What happens when I cancel?

You keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period. After that your account moves to the free plan and your data is kept safely.

Is Lysa available worldwide?

Lysa is available on the App Store globally, with Android coming soon. Pricing may vary by region based on local store pricing.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google through their standard refund policies.
